Whole30 Day 7

Semi-awake; much better than yesterday anyway! I usually run on Saturday mornings so I take it easy on Fridays; hopped on the treadmill for about 35 mins this morning.


Pre-walk: Apple


Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/ salsa, green tea w/ lemon, orange, coffee


Snack: Larabar, plum


Lunch: Apple, salad w/ pulled pork, salsa, half an avocado, dates


Snack: Zucchini sticks, half a sweet potato, grapes, cantaloupe


Dinner: Cherries, sweet potato, pulled pork w/ salsa


Dessert: Mango ice cream =)


Having some tummy issues today; I'm sure I need to cut back on fruit =/
