Day 7 Post-Whole30

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, spoonful of almond butter, banana

Lunch: Burger on gluten-free english muffin w/ dijon mustard, half a sweet potato

Snack: Apple, 3 corn tortilla chips

Dinner: Almond crusted chicken, asparagus, half a sweet potato, 2 pieces of sushi, dates

BINGE: Dates, coconut flour pancake w/ almond butter

UGH So mad at myself for that binge. Woke up the next morning bloated as fuck & up 2 pounds. Prior to that, I noticed my tummy felt tight (ALMOST bloated) after eating all the gluten-free foods I had. They kept me full but almost uncomfortably so. Also, even with that huge lunch, I was hungry about 3 hours later. The sushi gave me a headache, too; probably from sodium & apparently there was carageenan in the imitation crab =(
