Whole 30 Day 28

Beach day with my family! Got up, went for the most miserable run I've had in a long time (felt like 99º at 8 in the morning, 76% humidity, hardly any wind) so that really kicked my ass. Rinsed off & got ready for the beach!

Pre-run: Cherries, half a frozen banana

Breakfast: 3 egg cupcakes w/ half an avo, cherries, kiwi

Snack: Cashews

Lunch: Apple, chicken stir-fry w/ broccoli, sugar snap peas, & pineapple, half a sweet potato, coconut-date-almond roll

Dinner: Cherries, more chicken stir-fry, half an avo, plum
