Halfway there!! Got great sleep; got a morning run in; now off to the farm w/ my parents!
Pre-run: Half a frozen banana, 1 fudge bomb
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/ salsa & sausage, kiwi, orange, coffee w/ coconut milk
Lunch: larabar, apple w/ almond butter, cashews (I was in the car & didn't prepare very well!)
Snack: cashews, apple, strawberries
Dinner: grilled drumstick, hamburger patty, sweet potato, salad w/ avo & salsa, fudge bomb
