Whole30 Day 21

My birthday yesterday was so chill & that's how I wanted it, really. Lunch w/ ladies at the office, dinner at my parents, first 20 minute non-stop run... It is kind of sad though who doesn't remember your birthday just because you're not on Facebook anymore. Oh well. My dad bought me the most random present... an Angry Birds blanket.. ? Softest blanket ever but I'm 24, dad! Bless his heart 

I think the most fun part of the Whole30 process is learning how to cook! I'm getting pretty good. Last night I made sausage patties (link posted below) & they are soo good! I used smoked paprika instead of regular & added 1/2 tsp of onion powder.

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/ salsa, 3 mini sausage patties, kiwi, orange, coffee

Lunch: Apple, piece of beef jerky, almond-crusted chicken, sweet potato w/ ghee, cantaloupe & strawberries

Snack: Cashews

Dinner: Dates, kale chips, sweet potato w/ ghee, almond-crusted chicken, frozen fruit
