Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/ salsa, spoonful of almond butter, kiwi, orange, coffee
Lunch: Almond-crusted chicken, sweet potato w/ ghee, dates
Snack: Almonds, green grapes, half a frozen banana
Dinner: Went to Dos Comales for a pre-bday dinner; had beef fajitas w/ carmelized onions, guacamole, and pico. Made pineapple-banana ice cream for my dessert =)
