Whole30 Day 18

Feeling awesome these days! Still having weird, off-the-wall dreams; nothing scary but they are intense & so real! I never remember them for long either.

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs w/ salsa, spoonful of almond butter, orange, kiwi, coffee w/ coconut milk =)

Lunch: Met up w/ boo boo (Lindsey S) at the Tango Tea Room. They grill their chicken in foil w/ salt & pepper so no oil or butter!! Had the Tango Garden Salad (green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumbers) w/ chicken, salsa for dressing

Snack: Apple, cashews

Pre-tennis: Dates

Dinner: Almond crusted chicken (I'll post the link later), sweet potato w/ ghee, pineapple chunks
